Located in the U.S. state of Tennessee, the unit was the result of the acquisition of Reliance Aerotech Inc., the operating arm of Celsius Aerotech Inc., made in March 2002 by Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services - EAMS.
It is responsible for both aircraft interior maintenance and refurbishment and component repair and overhaul, particularly for the U.S. market.
The facilities were expanded in 2005 to meet the growing demand for full service aircraft maintenance in the country, especially the new EMBRAER 170/190 family of jets.
